Alpha150 was my first web-blog and I started it when our nephew Jonathan went to Iraq. As a way to convey information to other 150th families. I wanted to share with them what he was seeing and doing over there. It soon became a forum for me to post poetry, music lyrics, and stories that I found inspirational. Now I am mainly posting dieting, nutritional, and exercising information! But it is a FUN site to visit and who knows you all might find something of use there!
