OVER THE RIVER RUN IS COMING

Join me as I compete in my 2nd over the river run! Join the fun the pre and post parties are a blast! It is great training and a real thrill to cross the ole river bridge on foot! If you would like to train on Saturday morning early or Sunday afternoons let me know and I will be happy to go to the Vicksburg Military Park with you to train! We will start with 3 miles and work ourselves up to 7miles! Come on walking is the world's most PERFECT exercise! It is good for you physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually!

The Over the River Run is a MS Track club Grand Prix event and proceeds will be donated to the United Way of Central MS. Participant packages will be available at the Event Kick-off Complimentary Dinner for pres-registered runners/walkers from 4pm to 8pm hosted at Ameristar Casino. The package will include race number, race shirt, Ameristar cooler and an assortment of goodies from our sponsors.
The post-race party at the Ameristar upper parking lot will feature beer, hamburgers, other refreshments and live entertainment provided by Easy Eddie and the Party Rockers. The post-race party is open to all race entrants and their guests. Awards will be presented to the top men and women finishers during post-race celebration.
