TROOP 638 UPCOMING EVENTS

SEPT 17TH
We will be cleaning the trailer out and getting organized and making sure we have all our cooking supplies together.

SEPT 24th

Finish with the trailer and storage building and have patrol meetings.

OCT. 1st
We will be setting up tents, checking them out and making sure the new scouts know how to put one up.

OCT 8th

We will be making sure that all stoves work.

OCT 13th OVER THE RIVER RUN

We will be volunteering to help out. It will be FUN. We will meet at the West Campus (The old Vicksburg Hospital) Time TBA later. (Ms Tracye will be walking the event so you better cheer her on)

OCT 15th
Plan for campout and plan a menu.

OCT 22nd

Pack for Campout

OCT 26th 27th 28th FALL CAMPOREE

Grand Gulf State Park we will be working on Nucular Science merit badge. We also will try and do some hiking and tour some of the Nucular Plant. We will also be handing out the first Luminary hand out that Sunday Evening after we get back from the Fall Camporee. It will take about an hour.

OCT 29th NO MEETING

NOV. 5th
We will be working on the Fire Safety Merit Badge

NOV. 12th

NOV 16th 17th 18th CAMPOUT AT ROCKY SPRINGS.

Meeting at firehouse?????? This still has to be planned.

NOV. 30th FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY DURING THE DAY
Lock-in at the church. We will be working on First Aid Merit badge and also get out 2nd Luminary flyers
